The Concept

A runner outpaces her own render. Her trailing frames peel off as neon afterimages and keep sprinting behind her while she vaults off the edge of the map into open black.

The Problem

Performance footwear ads are built on real athletes doing real things, which means the visual ceiling is whatever a human body can actually do. Every brand in the category has the same ceiling, so every spot lands in the same place.

  • Real athletic footage caps out at real athletic limits — no headroom left for the idea
  • The shoe ends up as a logo in the last frame instead of the reason to watch
What We Made

We broke the limit instead of the athlete. Motion is exaggerated past physics: duplicate ghost frames trail behind her, the ground stops generating, and the run continues off the edge of the world. The shoe is the only thing sharp in every single frame.

  • Ghost-frame trails and off-the-map geometry — motion no camera could capture
  • The product stays in perfect focus as the world around it comes apart
